Local PTA Election
Results
Immediately following your
local PTA unit election, submit information about the president
and treasurer to PCCPTA by clicking
PCCPTA Online Form. Please submit as
soon as possible.
Print a copy before sending it.
If you get
an error, please
email our
Webmaster.
The information
must also be sent to Florida PTA in order to receive the President’s Kit of
Materials and membership cards for the coming year. Their form is
below.

Information
must be submitted to both PCCPTA and Florida PTA, even if officers are re-elected to another term.
Register on the
National PTA website to get the PTA President's Kit of Materials now
known as the Official PTA Kit. Go to
their website
between April 26th and September 17th to register. You will need
your unit ID number and will need to confirm that you are authorized
to order the kit for your unit.

To print any of the forms, click on the link, and let the document load
completely. Under the "File" menu on your browser, select "Print"
and wait for it to print.
